BSA is a leading Australian communications and technical services company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (BSA). BSA delivers technical services on behalf of its customers. Technicians are deployed throughout Australia to install, repair, maintain and support equipment and services thousands of times each day. The company manages around 1,400 people performing more than 120,000 jobs per month.
In different projects Managility provided system design and implementation services for a companywide budgeting process, a project profitability tracking system and management dashboards that are used across all of BSA’s Australian operations and offices.
The systems helped the organisation to completely avoid previously menial steps and operate easy to use professional planning and rolling forecasting workflows. In addition to cost savings, the projects added significantly improved analytical capabilities for monitoring project profitability helping BSA to exactly monitor progress and identify potential risks in time.
